IMO mods and such aren't required, this shield is auto merch food for me if i came across it. i dont prefer the skin, and only way it's worth something is if it was r8 max armor...give it to a hero..maybe sell for 10k at most if you desire making 10k and wasting time sitting in LA or Kamadan
